Tyler Buntrock firmly believes that physical and mental health feed off of each other. When he works on his fitness training, Buntrock also strengthens his mind.
Athlete
While enrolled at Ironwood Ridge, Tyler Buntrock played on the baseball and football teams at the varsity level. Finding his footing in leadership, Buntrock rose to the challenge of Team Captain for the football team in his senior year. Though his days as an athlete in organized sports may be behind him, Buntrock still enjoys following and playing baseball and football.
Fitness Training
In recent years, Tyler Buntrock has looked to the gym as a source of motivation. After a challenging workday at Insight Global, Buntrock retreats to the gym to realign and renew. He believes that working out helps to shape his approaches both in and out of the office. By focusing on his fitness and health, Buntrock is able to perform at his best both physically and professionally. Specifically, he dedicates his exercise routine to improve his weight lifting.
Although Tyler Buntrock isn’t an official fitness trainer, he does enjoy helping others achieve their health and fitness training goals. In the past, he has accompanied friends on their first visits to the gym. As someone who finds fulfillment in motivating others, Buntrock enjoys positively pushing others to put their fitness goals into action.
Currently, Tyler Buntrock is training to participate in local weightlifting competitions. He is considering launching a blog in order to log his training journey! Buntrock looks forward to sharing his experiences and hopes that the effort will motivate others to get out there and train!
